The L&D Doctor: practical expertise and a supportive learning community

Through my podcast and live clinic sessions, I share practical insights and create space for open, honest conversations that help HR, Learning and Talent professionals grow stronger together. It’s about real challenges, real people, and real progress - learning you can actually use.

The L&D Doctor clinic

A free, confidential space to ask, share, and learn.

I created the L&D Doctor Clinic as a way to give back to the HR, Learning and Talent community that’s supported me throughout my career.

These one-hour online sessions run every two weeks and offer a safe, trusted space to bring any question, challenge or idea — no topic is off-limits.

Whether you’re looking to align L&D strategy with business goals, make sense of learning technology, or talk through a tricky workplace situation, I’m here to offer honest, practical advice (and sometimes a bit of humour too).
